2007 Installation Finally Underway!
After several months of planning I’ve finally started with some build out and installation of the 2007 Vaderville Light Show! I’ve got a little more work to do on our new backlit sign, a small mega tree to build and a good bit of installation to complete over the next few weeks, but it’s exciting to finally be putting the pieces together that I’ve been dreaming up over the past few months.
One of the most interesting aspects of this years show will be an attempt to synchronize two houses over 48 channels. My neighbor has purchased a 16 channel LOR that we’re going to sync up with my 32. It’ll be interesting to see how the visual works out since he and I have slightly different takes on the layout of the lights etc. If it works out we’ll have to keep working on the neighbors to see how many in a row we can get synced up!
We’re targeting November 23rd and the start date for the first show – that’s the Friday after Thanksgiving. Stay tuned for more info!
